I’m going to keep this one short and sweet. We all know that I LOVE affirmations. It may sound crazy, I know, but I swear to you that positive affirmations have really enriched and blessed my life. I’ve been able to lessen and even eliminate pain, help dreams come true, make progress in in goals and help my children work through anxiety and low self esteem.

So, the short answer is YES, I believe affirmations do help us in our journey.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted new affirmation lists and I apologize for that. The end of the year has been crazy for us, as it has been for you I’m sure.

But I wanted to at least hop on hear and post 2 new ones that I’ve created. I use these lists myself every day and I’ve seen tremendous results. I hope they help you too.

Lemonade brain is all about finding simple ways to help make life sweeter and to help you create a more positive mindset. But at the beginning and end of the day, it’s up to you!
