Hey guys, it’s time for a little Monday Motivation. Monday Motivation is designed to help you get in the best possible mindset as you start your week.
This week, I want to tell you guys about someone named Holly. I don’t know her last name and I don’t know her history. I’m not sure of her favorite color, what hobbies she likes or even when her birthday is. However, I do know that she’s a good person with a good heart. Holly is a lifter! A lifter is someone who lifts others no matter what might be going on in their life.
Holly is a checker at one of my local grocery stores and, she probably doesn’t know it, she’s an angel in my life. Let me explain.
She assists me often and every time I leave feeling a little lighter. I come through her line and she hands me a piece of chocolate. Then she gives my children a sucker and hands me a printed on a small piece of paper. Some of these quotes have lifted my heart and brought a smile to my face and some of these quotes are answers to prayers.
It’s funny, how such a simple thing can make such a big difference. I don’t know if Holly will ever know the difference she makes in my life, but I appreciate it so much! I LOVE the “Holly’s” of the world and I hope I can be more like her and Holly, if you ever read this, YOU make a difference!
