Positive life affirmations
Lately, I’ve been so focused on keeping my thoughts positive and I won’t lie, sometimes it’s hard. It’s especially hard when life is hitting you hard. But you know what, I’m not going to focus on that. I take those challenges, look them in the eye and say “Whatever you’ve got, I can handle you.”
One thing I have noticed is that, as I try to focus on positive, I notice the negativity around me so much more! I noticed when others speak negative of others or critically of themselves and I find myself flinching away from it. It’s a good thing. When you’re trying to keep your mindset in a positive light, it’s good to learn to walk away from the negative. Difficult to do? Sometimes. Possible? Always.
To give myself that “boost” I need every day to try and keep my thoughts and actions positive, I like to review and feel my favorite affirmations. I, as a type A personality, also like lists. Because of this, I’ve created lists of positive affirmations which I like to read often and I love sharing those with you. Affirmations are a great way to get your mind moving in the right directions, and where you’re mind goes your life follows. wink.
I’ve had quite a few of you reach out to me and thank me for sharing. I’m so grateful for you and happy that they’ve helped you. As long as they do, I’ll continue to make and post these lists, so that we can both create a sweeter life and a more positive mindset – the whole purpose of Lemonade Brain!
Faith and fate guided me to your website. OMG!!!! WOW!!!!
Oh my God – your affirmations came along on a rainy, dark and dreary time in my life. But today, I am a whole lot better because of your affirmations. I read and work them like nobody’s business but mine in the morning, noon day and at night. I pray and thank God for you because you made me believe in me again.
